I would RUN not walk... RUN the other direction

The compassion the staff has for future tenants is absolutely ridiculous. This is my experience and MINES only but I would not recommend. I had another complex in mind but they were still not ready, and my lease was up so I was last minute looking for a place to stay. Natalia was a sweetheart she understood my frustrations and advised it would be a 48 window which was fine. When I called to check the status Melissa answered she seemed to be annoyed with my questions however that didn't matter to... me I was trying to ensure I had a place to stay. I went up there and was greeted by someone else her name started with an S. On the tour she advised me that it was not her fault that the initial apartments were not open in time for me to move in. I advised her I did not state it was her fault I asked when I would have an approval. She said she needed the managers approval I again asked when that would be because I needed to be out of my current residence the next day, she stated she didn't know she would shoot for the EOD. I left frustrated as ever. After leaving I received an email stating they needed additional proof of income. I complied. They then stated I needed a roommate. (I gross over 3xs rent by myself) I then asked for a refund they stated they don't allow refunds. I just contacted my bank and I am allowing them to figure it out. Staff was very unpleasant to say the least. I ended up going with another complex which cost more and was approved the same day. I should've read the reviews initially because it seems as though this has happened before. I'm glad that it all worked out. THIS WAS definitely NOT THE APARTMENTS FOR ME!

ROACH CITY!!

We’ve only been here for three weeks, but since the very 1st day we’ve been greeted and frightened by the amount of cockroaches in the apartment unit. We are not used to living like this at all..it’s pretty gross. We contacted the office, but the best they could do is send in pest control. They seem pretty unworried about it, so maybe it’s a norm?

Dishwasher is so gross and moldy. We decided never to use it, which is really inconvenient. Also the garbage disposal and washing machine was filled...
with mold. I wish I could post the pictures!

Other than that…Beautiful apartment, great amenities, nice neighbors, great location!

Worst parking you could ever imagine.

Starting with the positive… I love the interior of my apartment. Looks great and the modern touches are very nice. Maintenance requests are handled extremely quick which is another plus. Food options are great as well with everything we have out front. Now the bad…the parking lot. Whoever designed it should never have a job again. If you have a car that you like at all DO NOT MOVE HERE. The spots are about a foot smaller than a normal parking lot and the amount of damage on everyones cars is... insane. Every single car is covered with door dings and scratches. Since I’ve moved in, I’ve had guest cars get hit and scratched multiple times now. If you have a truck you will not fit into any one spot but they threaten to tow if you take up two. The only option is to buy a garage if you want to have any protection. The worst parking lot ive ever experienced in my life. I really want to give this place more stars because looking past the parking, it really is a nice place. The fact that if you live here your car will get hit is something I just cant look past.
