Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year old, are welcome at our community. All pet residents must have their health check and shots by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed.
$250 non-refundable fee & $250 pet deposit. For puppies & kittens under 1 year old: $350 non-refundable fee & 350 deposit. For 2nd pet, an additional $250 deposit applies. Pet rent: $25 per month. (Fees and pet rent noted above are per pet.)
We welcome all breeds of dogs, except the following breed or mixed breed: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard & Wolf Dog Hybrids.* (including all Pit Bull breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, & Presa Canario.) We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.

Don’t rent here. Gate is almost always broken. The tires and rims were stolen off my car, which cost me 3k. Don’t risk it, in fact the partnering apartments also are not good places to rent. BEWARE ! ??

I lived here for 1 year and the management/front desk service is worst, they don't respond on time for any requests and very bad part is once I vacated the apartment
they charged me 1400 USD saying Kitchen stove was not cleaned properly, Refrigerator was broken (Infact the refrigerator inside has small crack from day one when I joined there, I brought the same to them with several maintenace requests, but they never fixed it), Security is worst There were numerious burglaries in the homes no... secure at all, and Main Community entrance gate will always be open for maintenace any one can come without access code or remote, Pool is always occuppied with new people and teenagers from different places they enter community and use Pool no one monitors the same, Once the same was complained to cop
and when cop come there are were around 15 teenagers ran across the community like anything making everyone in the apartments panic.
Thanks God I moved out after my lease. Apart from all these lake land estates aparmtnets are very expensive.

Nice, clean, quiet, and the apartments are very spacious. I've lived here for 2 years and I haven't had any problems at all. Office staff is curtious and polite (Tamika is Great). I enjoy hanging at the pool with my kids and shooting pool in the lobby with friends. Best apartments in Stafford!!!!

I have been living here for a year, the worst apartments ever, too bad I am stuck in a contract, I will be moving out soon. There are so many robberies and burglaries in these apartments, on a average of 2-3 every month including car break ins. No camera's installed and the only one installed at the gate keeps the videos for only a day. The crew is not so polite and do not know how to communicate properly. This place is not safe at all. There is a plumbing issue with the apartments, you can... clearly hear the bathroom being used upstairs if you are living on the first floor. These are very expensive as well.

Pretty apartments lots of space. Wish the office staff was a little more helpful. We have had problems with bugs, the apartment had people come spray multiple times with no improvement. Bought my own supplies and spray frequently and that has helped.
