This is a good location for me considering work, stores, recreation areas. There are nice pools that kids like to visit on summer. I appreciate some improvements and renovations being done by new owners. Unfortunately irresponsible neighbours spoil the overall experience by littering on stairs and other public areas, smoking around, not cleaning after their pets...

Neighbors across hall are extremely loud. Constantly yelling and cursing at each other or locking themselves out and banging on door. Neighbors upstairs are also insanely loud and always screaming. Office also never replies to my emails.
