Poor customer service to prospective residents
As a prospective resident from out of town it has been a nightmare. One day the phone lines are down due to internet another day the staff is out due to covid, theres only 1 agent? They have no support for online leasing which is surprising as not everyone is local. If you are from out of town find another apartment this one makes its absolutely difficult. No consideration for the hardship it causes as you only have a moving truck for 2 days so closing for 5 days feels unfair
