So far, so good

The property area is watched and looked after, very well. Parking availability sucks for sure. Not much help with visitors' parking too. Needs better parking accommodations for residents and visitors. The office staffs are kind and very helpful. When a service request is needed they will fix and repair it with reasonable timing.

Love it here!

We have lived here for about four years, and have loved it here! Management is awesome and has always made us feel welcome and helped us out quickly when we needed it. The community is always kept beautiful. and we love the spacious and beautiful apartments!

Don’t move In Here!!

Everything was ok until we move out.
The day of the inspection the manager went to take a look of the whole house. The looked at the walls the kitchen the rooms the bathroom, he mentioned we needed to change the blinds which we did purchase new blinds, and then he mentioned that there was going to be a carpet clean and a general cleaning of the house charged I said ok perfect, I asked him : so what else should we do or replace in order to be OK and get our deposit back or have everything ok?....
He said just replace the blinds and everything else is OK. He looked at the walls and everything in the house.

What it surprised me is the fact that the manager told me that everything was OK with the house And then when we moved out ( we cleaned the house with our own carpet cleaner just in case; we cleaned the house, my husband repair the small holes in the wall and painted them with the paint the same management provide him) We got the move out statement saying that we own $1100 something dollars because they needed to paint the house and purchase materials!! I got shocked because they are charging $420 for painting the house and $200 for materials!!!! That’s crazy because the house didn’t need to be painted!!
They sent me pictures of the reasons why they needed to paint it! The first picture I put here is what they sent to me! You can clearly see that that is not $620!!! The house was clean and pretty much in good shape. We even cleaned the windows from the inside and the outside.

Back in 2020 when we first moved to the house the fridge handles were really weak and once i opened the fridge( I’m skinny and not super strong) the handle came off, then the next days the other side of the handle came off as well. I never said anything because I just thought it was a cheap material in order to get broken. Anyways I’m getting charged $120 for that as well!!

The fact that the manager didn’t tell me that the walls needed to be painted the day he went to the house and I even asked him before he left DO WE NEED to do anything else? He said everything else was OK ( I even have a video with proof of this).

Why would they tell me that everything was ok and then overcharged me?

Even the price for the carpet cleaner state in the lease says $90 and they are charging $190 when nowhere in the lease says that!!

Be really careful if you want to move to this complex because even if you’re a CLEAN tenant as we were they will always find a way to get your money! BE CAREFUL

NO PARKING+TERRIBLE MANAGMENT

Parking is a living hell at this complex. I've contacted the office several times and they never tried to help me with this situation. I've had to park at my sisters complex a mile away because there is no parking close by. As soon as my lease ends I will be leaving fast. Never recommending them to any of my friends, family, and colleagues.
