Mid Central Apartments

There are some great improvements being made. I personally think rent is a little high for the age and state of the apartments. My downstairs neighbors constantly smoke pot and cigarettes which is in violation of the lease. I have reported this as the smell and smoke enters my apartment and is gross and causing me health issues. This place is so much worse than the photos. The buildings are run down, the maintenance doesn't fix anything. There's roach and bedbug infestations every few months. To top it all off, the apartments share drainage and ventilation, so if an apartment nearby you smokes, you'll smell it all day and night. When an apartment near you does laundry, your tub will fill with water. Stay away at all costs.
