Avoid this property at all costs. The day I moved in, the vast majority of appliances were broken, all my drains were clogged, there was trash from a previous tenant, just to name a few issues. This property is awful and I could not regret making the decision to move here more.

I have lived here for just a few weeks and have no complaints. The space is perfect. Layout is just what I needed and the community is beautiful overall. I went from owning to renting and appreciate the low amount of maintenance at this phase. From touring to moving in, I was done in 3 days and the process was expedient because of the exceptional customer service. I toured 4 properties the day I came to Baileys and what really sold me was the customer service because that is a factor I will have... to deal with throughout my time here. I highly recommend.
