Very unprofessional office. Management broke the terms of the lease by failing to provide access to a storage unit (we finally got it, nearly 4 months later) and allowed us to sign a lease for a unit that decided to renew their lease, switching us to a more expensive unit. Our bathroom was unfinished, there was a homeless man living in the basement, and there is a cockroach infestation. One of our light switches is even painted over so we can't use it, our microwave was cracked, the oven door... fell apart, and the AC was broken for the 106 degree heat.

The service is very good but the apartments are very old. If this is fixed then it will be very good and everyone will choose it. In addition, there is smoke all the time and no proper control on the stated issues. There is a need to have guests parking as well.

The apartment is functional. I have not had any trouble with the water fixtures, lighting or gas. The one challenge I have had is with their emergency team. A night call is deadly. They will not show up.
