The Beacon of Groveton Apartments

The apartment is really nice and the staff has been very cordial in the year I've been here, maintenance requests are done very fast, nice location being very close to 495 and lots of stores around (including a Costco less than 5 min away). My only issue with the apartment is that the walls are very thin and the windows do not block street noise at all. If you can push yourself to try and ignore the outside noise (pretty hard living next to a fire station) then I would totally recommend.

My experience was outstanding. The service provided was excellent. We are please with the processing and how smooth it was. The unit was ready and we'll maintain.

Staff at the leasing office has been extremely helpful and very responsive. Apartment complex is well maintained, common areas very clean, and the buzzuto app is extremely helpful for updating personal information, making payments, and requesting maintenance.

Awesome place to live with fantastic staff, maintenance crew and amenities. Close to shopping centers and nearby metro station / public transportation.

Pretty much status quo but the same level of amenities has not returned including the shuttle service, trash service, and gym upgrade. There is very little incentive to renew your lease and costs keep going up. Also, the 2nd level parking is a joke based on the retail rationale.
