I've lived here for several years and feel the current management team is the most responsive group in my time here. The neighborhood has good options for walking, biking and other activities. It's hard to beat the Kingstowne area for groceries, other shopping, restaurants, and access to local travel options.

do not live on a bottom floor, there is no insulation in the ceilings, you here every step, moved furniture, every creak from above

I love the Apartment, I love the area, it’s very convenient to the shopping stores, it’s safe. The staff in the Management Office and the Maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. They always have events the community. Overall, it’s a nice place to live.

We have lived at Windsor Kingstowne for a few months and so far every maintenance request was received and completed very quickly! We are happy we decided on living here, quite the difference from our last apartment that would take days and never respond to requests!
