Horrible experience
Leasing office does not want your business or care about the customer/ tenant. Managers are horribly disconnected from employees and what they are doing. I’ve lost thousands just trying to finalize move in date. Two weeks after original promised move in date, management comes back with higher rent and terms I did not agree to. I do not get it. My credit is excellent, rent check in hand and they still cannot get it together. Very disorganized management, expect false charges, misleading terms,... delayed maintenance requests based on other reviews and a very frustrating move in process.
