Good location, proximity to DC, vibrant community, friendly staff, in general a decent neighborhood to live in.

Amenities could be better and gym could be in better shape, out otherwise a pleasant experience.

People bringing the carts from the store and they don't say anything.
Laundry machines has issues constantly.
Package room not friendly for elderly residents.
Doors issues.
Intercom system not working.
Some residents littering with no respect for others without consequences.

I love living here. The staff and management are all wonderful. Its not five stars because the apartment has really started nickel and diming you for everything financially. Also residents dont respect common space like the laundry room, leaving it a mess with clothes and waste. The cleaning staff works so hard but there is only so much they can do.
I just ask you please weekly keep the grills clean and continue to vacuum my hallway due to others pet hair.
