We were scrambling to find a new place after our original place fell through on the day we were supposed to move in. Regent’s Park, and especially Enann, were so accommodating. Getting us into a tour straight away and efficiently preparing all the paperwork so that we could move-in within 24 hours. We are so grateful, and the property is beautiful! Our apartment had no issues and was super clean when he moved in.

Genuinely a great and safe place to live. Very convenient walk to the Vienna metro stop. Great amenities and fast maintenance team! No bugs or roaches in the 10 months I've lived here. Clean and beautiful layout to the apt, with a modern feel.

Maintenance is always timely. They have come the next day I submit a request. However, there are a lot of bugs in the apartment and guest parking policy is inconvenient
