It's great. Staff is helpful. Good location. Older building but thays not usually a problem. Gym is recently updated. Nice pool. Parking can be difficult for guests.

It is a centrally located apartment complex very close to the Vienna metro stop. It’s easy to get to by I66 and it is a really safe area. Our layout and appliances are modern and it doesn’t feel like an Apartment. Rent is a bit pricey but if you want Metro access, it is a good bet. I recommend it to friends. We are runners and there are many green spaces we use to stay fit.

Regent's Park has been a perfect place to live! I feel very safe walking at night from the metro across the street, and the key-fob entry to my building adds another layer of security. My apt layout is beautiful and the high ceilings make me feel like I'm living in a much bigger space and add a lot of class. Great updated appliances and faucets.
Two cons so far: the paint throughout the house is matte and therefore very easy to scuff and leave marks on, and the power will go out for a few... seconds almost every time it rains or snows (even lightly), which is rather annoying

So far our experience here has been good! Maintenance helped fixed a pipe issue super quick and they patched up the wall so well you never would have known there was an issue!
