Hello I moved to the Loren and really enjoy the building. There's a great population of people that live here, and the building is very well kept. The apartments are spacious with nice updates and finishes. There's a great gym, a nice business center, and wonderful areas to mingle with other residents. Wine Down are a great way to meet your neighbors! The shuttle that takes residents to and from the metro is wonderful. It makes a work commute nearly nonexistent. There is always space in the... garage and maintenance responds quickly to requests. The icing on the cake is that you are located right in the middle of everything. You're close to DC, Clarendon,va , silver spring,Md and Alexandria,va Lots of shopping and food options right down the street. Would definitely recommend!

It is a good place to live. The building offers a nice club room with a spacious gym which makes you want to visit it frequently. The property is located very close to several grocery shops and restaurants which makes it an ideal place to live.
