Wanted to move here since I first laid my eyes on the apartment setup I am in (2 years ago). My dream came true this month and I am very satisfied with the space, the cleanliness, the wonderful staff and so far I have no issues to state. Except whenever I need any assistance the staff steps up and delivers. Thank you for a beautiful welcome and awesome experience so far.

The staff was respectful and courteous, I just wish they would change the dishwasher if necessary to avoid constantly coming for the same problem.

So far in the 7 months we've been in this community I've enjoyed it. The access to the pool, club room, and gym are a plus! Our issues have always been handled promptly and professionally. The staff is also very friendly.

CONTINUED NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE

Do not move to Ashton at Dulles. The leasing staff will mislead you, only to deliver a subpar living experience. Once you're locked into a lease, prepare to be met with indifference from the on-site staff. They'll dismiss your concerns with condescending remarks, and little to no help. The apartments are overpriced for quality you get (Non functioning AC, stolen/“lost” packages, random entry to your apartment with no communication, etc. ). Avoid this place at all costs! It's a money pit and a... headache waiting to happen.
