Ashton has been great! Management is very nice and usually quick to address your concerns. They are very strict about the non smoking policy which is nice for those of us that have kids! I think updating wall colors in the apartments are the only thing they could do better tbh. But overall great experience!

The lack of maintenance and communication from management is extremely disappointing—issues like broken amenities, neglected repairs, and empty pet waste stations are common. Despite multiple requests, basic problems like communal carpet damage and garage access remain unresolved for months. Living here has been frustrating due to management's apparent disregard for resident concerns and the property's overall upkeep.

Wanted to move here since I first laid my eyes on the apartment setup I am in (2 years ago). My dream came true this month and I am very satisfied with the space, the cleanliness, the wonderful staff and so far I have no issues to state. Except whenever I need any assistance the staff steps up and delivers. Thank you for a beautiful welcome and awesome experience so far.

The staff was respectful and courteous, I just wish they would change the dishwasher if necessary to avoid constantly coming for the same problem.
