This community is an amazing place to live! Randi works in the leasing office and is the most helpful person ever. She goes above and beyond for the tenants in the community at every opportunity!

Snow can paralyze an apartment community. But our maintenance team was having NONE of that. During the Jan 2025 snow storms our guys were out before the sun came up to salt all walkways and stairs. They plowed the walkways many times through out the day to prevent accumulation and ice. I'm pretty sure they worked 24 hours straight to make sure we could move around safely through out the community They didn't take a break until the snow stopped, and continued to salt and prevent ice for many... weeks after wards as the snow melted during the day and then froze again at night. This is a very accurate example of the the dedication that our Maintenance team has to our community. I am so grateful for them and the entire management team!

I’ve had no issues. I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment! The space is well-designed and feels comfortable and cozy. The management has been helpful and responsive, and the maintenance team addresses any issues quickly. The location is convenient, with easy access to everything. The community is quiet and friendly, and I appreciate the overall cleanliness and safety of the property. It’s been a great place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to live.

I’ve loved it so far living at Amberton. The staff is always quick to respond and are very understanding. The mainetence staff is incredibly quick to come by and fix any issue you report it’s amazing how quickly they respond! There’s never been more than a 24 hour period before they’ve come in to look at what issues I have. Trash removal service is great, gym is pretty good as well compared to most I’ve seen! Only thing to be careful of is the towing, the company they hire for towing is very... quick to tow if a car is parked in visitor for even a second over the 24 hour period. I recommend if there’s even a chance of having a visitor for more than a day get a parking pass for them or have them park on the street outside the complex so there’s not a chance of towing. Even if it’s not 24 hours straight but it’s there between 7pm-7am two days they’ll tow!!

The community is amazing. All the staff is professional and attentive when it comes to the residents. Ms. Kim and Randy always greet you with a smile and find ways to get solutions quickly. The maintenance and facility team gets tickets completed within a day and make sure things are working properly.
