Amberton Apartamentos

I’ve loved it so far living at Amberton. The staff is always quick to respond and are very understanding. The mainetence staff is incredibly quick to come by and fix any issue you report it’s amazing how quickly they respond! There’s never been more than a 24 hour period before they’ve come in to look at what issues I have. Trash removal service is great, gym is pretty good as well compared to most I’ve seen! Only thing to be careful of is the towing, the company they hire for towing is very... quick to tow if a car is parked in visitor for even a second over the 24 hour period. I recommend if there’s even a chance of having a visitor for more than a day get a parking pass for them or have them park on the street outside the complex so there’s not a chance of towing. Even if it’s not 24 hours straight but it’s there between 7pm-7am two days they’ll tow!! Lee mas

The community is amazing. All the staff is professional and attentive when it comes to the residents. Ms. Kim and Randy always greet you with a smile and find ways to get solutions quickly. The maintenance and facility team gets tickets completed within a day and make sure things are working properly.

The community is very nice and kept well! Staff has been very attentive and helpful. There are a lot of fun of events to attend. So far, we really love living here.

I loved living here. The only reason I’m moving is because I have to take care of family. It’s very quiet and safe here. They pick my trash up at the door at night. Every month there’s an event at the office

We have lived here for 10 months, and I can say that we are glad we made the choice of living in Amberton Apts, it's a great location, the staff is amazing, Randi is always willing to help, and the maintenance staff responds quickly if there is a problem
