Applicants that have been convicted of violent crimes within the previous seven years will not be considered. Applicants that are registered sex offenders will not be considered. 208 Properties, LLC, or their hired service providers, will look into court records. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE & CRIMINAL ACTIVITY Illegal drug use and criminal activity will not be tolerated and shall be considered tenant default. SECURITY DEPOSIT 208 Properties, LLC requires a $2,350 security deposit. Details of how the security deposit will be handled are in the lease agreement. The security deposit will be due to 208 Properties, LLC within three days of notification that the tenant s application has been selected for lease. 208 Properties, LLC will not sign the lease granting the tenant access to the property until the security deposit has been received.
