Nightmare at Sonoma Woods

Apartments falling apart, maintenance ignorant, office personnel rude and does not care, corporate office does not care, after hours phone number just rings with no answer. Would advise nobody to move there

Absolutely do not move in here!

This apartment complex and it's one of the most unprofessional complex as you will ever encounter. The maintenance here is inadequate and also Property Management. When filing a complaint they can be absolutely abusive in their language.

RUN!!!!

This property has changed management twice and I only lived here 14 months. There are a number of safety hazards on this property and inside the homes. They don't fix anything in a timely fashion even if they are legally obligated to do so. Make sure your home is renovated and completely done because they will move you in and won't even attempt to fix the matters they promised. Even talking to corporate is a task. Don't let the newly renovated advertisement fool you. The leasing ladies are nice... up until they make you sign the dotted lines and just like that you're just another person in an empty apartment they needed to fill. They have no maintenance staffing so you won't be getting anything repaired per the leasing consultant.

FABULOUS SERVICE

At Sonoma Woods they have the best rental team around... Shawnice and Anglea bent over backwards to make this a easiest move ever...
I'd recommend them to all my friends and family...
