Pleasant Village Apartments

This place is great because of the neighborhood, obviously. The Lagoon is a great place to have a drink because it is walking distance. The building is older but they do everything they can to maintain it. I used to live on the first floor but I moved to a remodeled apartment with new windows and a beach view. I honestly wish I would have stayed because there is not an elevator for the 3rd floor. They keep up the grounds really well too

I have lived here for over two years since my husband got stationed here. I love walking my little boy to the beach, which is directly behind us. We bought a house so we are moving out but this has got to be the best apartment I have ever lived in. They come out every month with pest control and new air filters. The manager is super nice and she even remembers my cat's name. The down side is that the building is older but the area is great

I have lived here for 8 months and no problems so far. I am in the military so I'm gone a lot. Management is great- my water heater busted the first week I lived here but they sent someone out immediately. The maintenance guy lives here. It is really close to the Lagoon and you can walk there

Pleasant village apartments is a small community nestled by the bay in east beach surrounded by beautiful homes. Great management, with a variety of floor plans. Very affordable. Ample parking. All around a great area I just see improving over the years.
