Awful Communication
They use a virtual agent (aka AI bot) to respond to their emails. This is not inherently a bad thing as many other properties use one, but the one they use feels like a teenager coded it for them. It doesn't give any helpful or relevant answers. It doesn't indicate anywhere that it is not a human. it doesn't even have a sign off greeting or signature in the email letting you know who it is. Many people are working during the leasing office hours or just want to ask a quick question so a working... email is the bare minimum if you want to engage with potential residents.
