As a new resident, I have found Signature to be a great place to live. However, I am frustrated in the condition of the unit I was given at the time my lease began. Firstly, the water sitting in the pipes was not drained, which had to be done and left an awful smell across the apartment. Furthermore, I’m sure draining water for 45 minutes won’t be insignificant on my water bill. Second, our fridge was not working, I submitted a work order the next day in the morning and didn’t recieve a follow... up until around 8 PM after I finally inquired with concierge. Although the apartment was visually great, the due diligence done by the staff to endure the apartment was up to standard for a new resident was lacking, definitely leaving a sour note to start off my lease.
