Hillside Court Apartments

First thing my family noticed about the apt was the brick aesthetic inside. Some may think it looks like prison, but its actually a trending aesthetic in 2024. The heavy brick is also great protection in case there is a shooting. The neighborhood seems nice, but Hillside is in the news quite often for shootings. Next, I love how the apartment came with a hookup setting for a washing machine. Picking out my own washing machine add customizability that most upscale apartments do not offer now a... days. There is no space for a dryer. They do however have line drying spaces available outside of every apartment. This option is great for the environment and utilizes this grand southern sunshine. There is no air conditioning, microwave, or kitchen sink garbage disposal. This also leaves the option for getting your own microwave at the store and choosing which ac unit or fan you prefer. This has to be the worst apartments anyone could choose to live in especially if you have kids. This is literally the last resort but I’d rather be homeless and sleep in my car with my daughter then to stay here another day. Worst neighbor hood in Virginia hands down

It is a shame to even have apartments exist that look this way, shame on the housing authority sooooo sad
