Nice open loft

Great two story loft with majority of amenities included. Neighborhood is fairly quiet but up and coming so a lot of places in walking distance. Washer and dryer in each apartment is also a plus.

A Good Place

I just recently moved in, and so far this place is great. The location is something I was looking for, that which gives an industrial feel, but has modern conveniences all around. If you like to drink beer, there are several breweries in the area, and great places to eat are not far away. The building itself is in great shape. The person I worked with has been extremely helpful, and it's very easy to get answers to questions that I've had. The utilities being included in the rent (besides... electricity) is also nice, but the one downside is the internet speed. I would recommend getting an upgrade to FIOS (the building is FIOS ready) if you do a lot of things online. Other than that, I have nothing negative to report. I'll try to update this review as time passes.
