On the 1st floor there is a beautiful living room with a tall ceiling, skylights and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has stainless steal appliances with newer countertops and cabinets. The dining room also has a tall ceiling with skylights and a lovely view of the backyard. There's a separate utility closet with washer & dryer hook-ups (washer & dryer not included). There's also a full bathroom and a large bedroom on the first floor with access to the back patio. The fenced in backyard is perfect for entertaining! On the 2nd floor there is another bedroom and another full bathroom in the hall. The primary bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a private balcony that is great for relaxing! It also has a private bathroom.

Application fee is $50 per person occupying the unit over the age of 18 or $75 if you're married.

Security Deposit is equal to one months rent minus our one time non-refundable Administrative Fee of $350.

Small pets allowed with weight & breed restrictions. All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a onetime, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet.

-Applications cannot be submitted until the property has been seen in person.
-To schedule a showing please select from one of our available show times. If you are unable to select a time then the showings have all been booked for that day.
-Once you have scheduled a showing you will receive another confirmation from ShowMojo when the showing time gets closer. If you do not confirm the appointment at that time then the showing will be automatically canceled by ShowMojo.
