Verified Renter
Great maintenance timing and staff, great front office staff and events, VERY high rent and many 'extra' fees (especially for a city with no metro station and far from DC), no updated security or electronic locks or updated features for the higher rent as seen in other places.
No open area dog park (residents will berate you if your dog is off leash)
Overall it's a decent place to live (been here for 3 years), but with the increasing rent and additional fees every year, it's gotten very hard... to live here and is not worth it anymore IMO.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re happy to hear that you've had positive experiences with our maintenance team, front office staff, and events during your time here. We also want to address your concerns. With our location in Potomac Club... we have the security gate and gate guards, which offer an extra level of protection that many other properties do not provide. This comes with an additional fee.
Regarding the leash policy, it’s not only a part of our lease agreement, but also a Prince William County law to keep dogs leashed while in public areas. We appreciate your understanding of this, as it ensures the safety and comfort of all residents.
We do recognize the concerns about rent increases and additional fees, and we continue to review our offerings to provide the best value for our residents. Thank you for your three years of residency and feedback—it is important to us as we aim to improve and adapt to meet everyone’s needs. If you have any further questions or suggestions, please feel free to reach out.
