Tenant at Virginia Villa since June 2017
I've lived in a one bedroom, ground floor apartment with about 740 square feet, a patio and a grass yard since June of 2017. Management and maintenance have been very responsive to any of my needs. I have found them most agreeable.
The property is well maintained and beautiful. It backs up to a green belt and critters visit my patio: Squirrels, Raccoons, sometimes a Coyote and lots of Birds.
It's very quiet and I and my Cat are very happy here. Stores and other amenities (library, post office... , medical clinics, gyms) are within walking distance or just a few minutes away by car (Safeway Grocery store is literally across the street).
Before I lived here, I lived in a S.H.A.G. building in Kent. Suffice to say, there is NO comparison between inept, uncaring, unprofessional S.H.A.G. management and Virginia Villa. And of course, Bainbridge Island residents are comparatively wealthy and educated, the frequency and types of crime are nothing like Kent or Seattle.
I'm glad I'm here.
