If you're thinking about moving here, DON'T. Move literally anywhere else. The staff is rude and unhelpful, the community is NOT SAFE, and the apartments themselves are not as nice as they should be considering the price. Save yourself the stress and pick literally anywhere else.

Soiled by crime and lack of cleanliness

Property crimes in this building are a routine occurrence. At least one resident appears to deal drugs out of the building. There are almost no security cameras and when a crime happens, nobody knows anything. Garbage is left in the halls for days.

We are sorry to hear that you have had an experience of this nature. Unfortunately, drivers were not leaving packages in the lockers, however, we are glad to share that we have recently rolled out Fetch. Fetch creates a convenient... delivery experience and allows residents to use the app to track and schedule deliveries. Additionally, we are in the process of potentially adding new cameras that will be monitored 24 hours a day by a monitoring company. The Sylva on Main Maintenance team also walks the halls and common areas daily, in addition to cleaners coming weekly to clean all the common areas.
