Communication

Absolutely beautiful apartments my only issue is the communication, we applied and got denied and we asked why we got denied (never been denied at an apartment complex) we weren’t told why we were denied and they told us they can’t even look it up or give us an explanation we have to call the 3rd party screening company and get the letter they sent to them saying why they denied us which would take weeks. Staff is very friendly and everyone is fairly new so I don’t blame them but the... communication is lacking.

You won’t even get in

If I could give a zero I would. They suck at communicating. They will almost never call you about updates so you’ll need to constantly call them for it and they most likely won’t even answer the phone. The application process took almost a month and at the end we couldn’t even move in. They canceled our application because they said both people needed to fill out a separate application. Then canceled both of ours because you need to have one person fill out an application and then you’ll get... sent a link to do it together. They never told us that so we had to redo it. You have to pay $25 for a pet screening application that they don’t tell you cost money. Even if you don’t have a pet you essentially have to pay $25 to say “no” to every question. You must have at least 2 years of rental history to live here otherwise you need a co-signer to fill out an application and pay one months rent plus $65 as a fee. Or on top all the money you are already giving them you have to pay them the amount of another months rent because you are deemed “unsafe”. They seemed very happy to not have us as residents. While they knew the entire time that we had 2 days until we needed to be out of current apartment, they really strung us along. No wonder they have so many vacant apartments. Do not try to move here. You are wasting your time.

Extremely bad communication. Huge disappointment

I have been told for months that I would be able to move in December 1st. Planned my entire move across the country around that. Come November 28th I get a call that no unit will be available until at least February. They would refund the hold fee but not the application fee. Now I am scrambling to find a place to live only a few days before I arrive in the state.
