Do not move here
This is the only review worth reading. Do not move here, the 5 star reviews are written by tenants who just moved in and have no knowledge of the property, the people who own it, or the leasing office staff. They were also asked by property management to write good reviews. Dobler management will not give tenants leases and they are raising rent every 6 months. They'll try to sell you on being month to month and able to move out at any time but it's only month to month so they can continue to... raise rent every 6 months. The apartments were cheaply built, floors and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, yes everything. The other reviews rave about the gate, the gate never works and hasn't worked for a consistent amount of time since it was completed in 2021. Cars are broken into constantly and the property owners won't hire any security and are too cheap to put security cameras throughout the property. Every time the gate is broken, which is all the time, there is no urgency to get it fixed and it takes over a month or months. When it snows and freezes they don't have any staff to clear the property and will leave the sidewalks a complete sheet of ice. Residents were falling during the storm Dec. 2021. The property owners refused to hire people to come and clear the snow and ice. We lost the best maintenance person, Darrell. Ashley never sent out an email to say the Darrell had left, he'd been there 3 years. The new person doesn't even say hi or acknowledge tenants as he walks the property. Dobler is cheap and are horrible property owners. They will charge you to clean the carpet after you move out. Everywhere I have ever lived there's never a charge; it's part of turning the apartment over or part of the non-refundable $400 pet deposit.
