Very limited parking. First come first get the parking spot. Coming late from work or whatever no parking at all.

Lack of parking. Been living here for several years. Late night 9/10 times can't find a parking.

Built in 2016, the property is going on 6 years old. We lived here for 4 years and have had a positive experience overall. We paid extra for covered parking and garage, so we had no issues with parking. Otherwise, parking could be an issue. The only negative that we can agree with the other reviews would be the thin walls and noise from floors above. But, really that is something we come to expect renting from anywhere. Either live on the top floor or buy a home if you demand a sound proof… experience. The unit itself, Quartz 1, was spacious with large washer and dryers in the unit. Dark laminate hardwood floors and stainless appliances looked really clean and modern. We spiced it up by painting an accent wall in four rooms that made the place pop. We just needed to prime those walls over before moving out. Amenities are adequate if that is a huge deal. We never choose an apartment based on the amenities, they are a bonus. The property was well maintained with very few issues that needed maintenance. Jose is a great property manager that cares about tenants’ well-being. Other staffs, including leasing agents and maintenance, are professional and courteous. All issues that we have brought up have been dealt with professionally. I would recommend this property if you are looking for luxury-like gated experience. The pond with the birds and ducks is a nice serene view. I wish you luck trying to find a better priced square foot apartment in the area with quality. We are writing this review after all charges for move-out have been presented. I have lived at Novo over 2 1/2 years. There is no more peaceful place that I have ever lived. The management has been especially kind and personable to me. I will also enjoy my time here.
