There is no good from living here, how is this even a question? There will be random charges on my monthly rent, but its a vague reason and I’ll have no clue why I have to pay $25 for a “damage” fee. Sure, you can call the front office, goodluck trying to get an answer though, they don’t pick up! Leave a voicemail? No point! They’ve blatantly said they don’t know to access the voicemail box. The “gated” part is a lie because it’s been nearly a year since it actually worked. Theft going on in... every crevice of this place. The amount of washer/dryer that are open for everyone is depleting because they keep allowing theft and vandalism to happen. None of management have thought to add cameras on the property and I KNOW it’s been brought up to them. However, they will raise your rent annually for the tradeoff of nothing. What do I mean? This place gets worse while they charge you more. This place is a joke and I could not recommend ANYWHERE ELSE more than I do right now.
