If you’re looking for a home, Mason and Main is not the place for you.

If you’re looking for a home, Mason and Main is not the place for you.

This property feels more like a workplace than a community. The high turnover rate among staff reflects a lack of care for employees, and the same disregard is shown to tenants. Management is negligent in addressing crime within and around the building, demonstrating little concern for the well-being of residents.

Mason and Main, along with other Greystar properties, seem focused solely on business transactions rather than... fostering a safe and supportive environment. I urge those seeking a home to consider other options.

Everything is great. Jason was the best help and was always friendly and answered every question. All the leasing ppl are amazing and deserve a raise!!! I’ve even had a leasing person help me with a very heavy package I couldn’t get upstairs myself. I love it here

I really appreciate the leasing professionals for showing me the appartment and for their professional expertise in the field. Both my first tour to the building and move in orientation was so great! I really love the cleanliness and quiet environment to get rest after long days of work. Besides , the appartment got nice amenities to relax .
