The grounds are clean and well kept. Is affordable and conveniently close to everything. Somewhat limited parking. I Can’t wait for the train station to open.

Most of the time my expectations are met ,The most challenging thing is cockroaches even after spraying them they are still there and it’s not one apartment in the building,which means they are moving from one apartment to the,I wish there can be a one day to spray every apartment in that building

Quiet place to live. Parking is limited and somewhat expensive to pay for only one but it's a quiet place.
The people who attend you in the office in general are very calm and kind, they attend with kindness and promptness.
