The staff has been excellent and hospitality during my first few weeks here. Being able to communicate with them even when I was not in country and coming back to the states with open arms made my transition a lot easier. Definitely recommend leasing with Modera Lacey Apartments!

it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The management team is incredibly responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are comfortable.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, with clean walkways, inviting outdoor spaces. I especially love the pool area and the fitness center—both are always spotless and never too crowded. The community is also very quiet and peaceful, which makes it easy to relax after a long day.
The neighborhood in general is very friendly....
Location-wise, it’s perfect! I’m close to all the essentials—grocery stores, restaurants, work etc. .
