The trash situation here is the worst I have ever seen especially on Sundays. There are piles upon piles of trash every weekend and it smells terrible. On top of that I hate getting billed ~$20-25 a month in extra trash fees because people dump stuff there like couches. I don’t think it’s fair I have to pay $300/yr for other people’s actions. Given what we pay already it’s just adding more costs but makes sense given Modera is corporate owned and has no way of holding people accountable. Same... goes for dog poop all over the property. It’s an absolute mess everywhere you walk. I see about one person a day not pick up poop. Again goes back to not holding anyone accountable and accepting poor habits and lazy actions. Just sucks cause I end up suffering with extra costs and dealing with a dirty complex. I don’t let my kids go out in the grass or play areas anymore because of the dog poop everywhere. It’s sad but no one cares.

Poop Stained Luxary

New Resident -- 1 Month Check In --

Luxury Price Tag Apartments -- without the "Luxury" monitoring of communal walking & green spaces.

Walking out from your apartment, it's guaranteed you will step on dog poop. Nice & Stressful.

Dog owners allow their dogs to defecate all over community walkways and in barriers. Very low urgency/priority to curb this behavior.

Take a single dog out 3 times a day. 3 dog poop mounds X 30 days. THAT's 90 mounds of poop many residents like myself have to...
constantly evade to not track **** into our "Luxury" spaces.

"Peace of Mind" Guarantee is offered by the Mill Creek Parent company but expect owning a dog here to be completely stressful.

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbor's dog bark early in the morning. Also the trash schedule got all out of wack. They don't come and pick it up till late at night.
