I recently moved into Modera SLU, and the experience has been fantastic. The leasing process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. The move-in process itself was seamless, and everything was well-prepared upon arrival.

The building is modern and well-maintained, with excellent amenities that make daily life more convenient and enjoyable. The location is also perfect, offering easy access to great restaurants, cafes, and public... transportation.

Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here and would highly recommend Modera SLU to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Seattle!

We enjoy living here so far! The apartment is nice, the amenities are enjoyable, and the staff has been very kind and helpful. I don’t think I’ve had a better gym at an apartment before either.

Leasing office is very helpful but after they close it's difficult to get help. Valet trash is nice but has its cons and sometimes the hallways begin to smell. Great amenities including a gym that has more equipment than most apartments, a movie theater, shared dining room, and sky roof.
