Lovely, quiet, clean apartment and neighborhood. Everything is very close by, neighbors are nice, amenities are great. I appreciate all the help from the management when needed.

Moving into Modera Overlake has been a fantastic experience! The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities that make it feel like home right away. What really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. Shan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and making sure everything went smoothly. All good except the parking assignment that caused confusion. The parking fee is the highest among the apartments in this area. Only new residents are very welcome while the price is pretty high for current residents.
