Apartment is new and nice, but leasing team is extremely not professional: 1. Not responsive - I continuously email & call during business hour for 1 week, never got reply even once. When I came to the office in person, the excuse was "we are busy". 2. Process is broken - always miss some access after check in. Of course they are not responsive again until I came to office. The ridiculous part is the staff is not familiar with it and said will figure out next day. I came several times and... finally found someone to help. Overall the team only wants to sale the lease, once you sign you will know how bad the experience can be caused by the unprofessional team.
