I've lived here for over a year and a half and the experience has been very good. The location is convenient to almost everything - Mall, groceries, Costco, etc. and is very close to the freeway for access to the city. Above all, however, it is safe, quiet and the neighbors seem respectful. Also, Kecia at the front office is wonderful to deal with.

I have lived at Alderwood Park for over six years and I can say it’s a very nice place to live. The rent is reasonable, the location is great and the staff has always been so nice and helpful.

i think besides sometimes my neighbors being loud, the community has been great, friendly, and clean! i really love how there is valet trash and no issue with finding a parking spot ever!
