Peaceful & quiet in a great location

First, I really loved the way the property manager (Mary) accommodate us; from the moment of our initial inquiry, to the tour and up to contract signing. She has been very responsive, communicates clearly (and she does it with a smile!).
Second, the location is one of the best so far! Just across a Park and Ride. Few minutes to Walmart, H-Mart, Alderwood Mall and Costco.
Third, the apartment units and common area are well maintained and very spacious.
Lastly, parking is free!

Helpful staff and decent price for size

Been here for 2+ years now. The place is very quiet, and has helpful staff members. We rarely hear our neighbors, and the apartments are kept up to date.

Great Place

We are in our fourth year now and really do love our apartment building and apartment. We have never been bothered by noise and we occasionally do hear anything, it's not loud enough to wake us up if sleeping. New management since December is right on top of everything. Mary has been really super and goes out of her way to please.

I would also like to comment on Sean who has had to fix several maintenance items. He's respectful of us, our apartment and never leaves a mess. We do really... appreciate him. Also, kudos to Steve. They're both respectful young men.

The entire staff at the Newberry square apartments provides extraordinary service. They are always available, pleasant and eager to assist in any way they can. It is truly a pleasure to deal with this extraordinary staff.

nice, secure, quiet

Newberry Square apartments are super quiet, nice secure entry and you even get a free parking spot in the underground garage. Transit station right across the street is nice for bus commuters to. downsides - parking is not secure I've heard rumors of cars getting broken into but hasn't happened to me... knock on wood.
