Maintenance Issues
We were the first to rent our unit. Pricing was competitive, unit has dovetail and soft close drawers, inductive stove tops work decently, and the AC works well.
Cons:
1. Our washer unit stopped working in October, it is the end of January now and the management/ownership has not been able to complete our "maintenance request".
We have been able to utilize a vacant unit for our laundry... only during certain hours of the day...
The code was changed as the management failed to inform us a new... tenant was moving in. We had to scramble to contact someone to give us a code to a separate unit to do our laundry. Eric was patient and understanding of our situation, appreciate him calling us back after leaving a voicemail.
2. The floors are THIN. We hear our upstairs neighbors footsteps routinely through the night. Do not recommend light sleepers take lower floors
3. Our rent jumped over $400 for our second year. Granted, we went from a promotional pricing to month to month. Management relayed owners would not consider decrease in rent secondary to our maintenance delays/woes
A 1/5 stars is the floor of the spectrum. A rating of 2/5 is appropriate. Hamptons would easily have been a 4/5 if we did not have 3 months without the use of a working washer in our unit. 2/5 overall accounting for price, absence of amenities, soft close drawers, working AC, and overall experience.

Washer still does not work
Management no longer updates us on a timeline when this will be completed.
We were given access to three different units to do laundry. They do not inform us the access code has changed AGAIN. This is frustrating when it happens multiple times. And when it doesn’t work, none of the managers are available to assist.
