Meritage at Mill Creek
I rate this place poor. The construction is cheap, weird people are allowed to live there, poor plumbing, electrical wiring is bad lights are always flickering off and on, the heat system doesn't work properly you have turn it down to 40 degrees then to 82 degrees in order for the heat to come and finally you have to flush the toilet in the so call master bedroom to or three times for it to flush properly which adds to your water bill. Now the people that live there.
The Meritage at Mill ... Creek has really gone down since being built in 2009. There are tenants that violate their lease agreement which is pretty obvious to neighbors, and the owner let this one particular family in E106 violate, manipulate, pay late, do business out of the unit, weird people coming and going out of the unit and run wild outside of their lease agreement and continue to allow them to live there.
This place is not properly managed trash bins are allowed to sit in front of units even though the bins are supposed to be kept in your garage, people with two or more cars are constantly violating the their lease by parking in spaces for guests for 3 days or sometimes 2 or 3 weeks particular the people in E106 along with common law mother in law who has to move in so that the daughter along with her common law boyfriend and kids can continue to stay there because no other landlord would allow them to do the things mention above and continued to allow them to stay there my advice to the tenants that are living there beware of their lies and if they move beside you move because they will drive your property value down.
