Don’t do it!
We lived in Monterra for 3 1/2 years. Once the new management took over in January it went rapidly downhill. Cars get broken into and stolen. Office staff doesn’t know what is going on half the time.

Free one year rent
My name is Anh Trinh, twenty four years old. I and my friend share an apartment in the millcreek area. The apartment is clean and affordable. I enjoy living in the apartment because it is convenient. Plus, the staff are friendly, willing to help anytime. They are always ready to provide helpful information, and giving you many options to choose from. Moreover, i like the building's environment here which is clear and always give the comfortable feeling that i want to.
