The main floor of the tiny house is 192 SQ ft and includes a bathroom, kitchenette and an open design living space. The spacious loft is 96 SQ ft... and over 5 ft tall in the center, making it a comfortable space to relax in. In total, the house is 288 SQ ft. The deck adds an additional 96 SQ ft of space to enjoy nature. The Butterfly House is all about living minimally and close to nature. The kitchenette packs a lot into a small space. It currently features a full sized stainless steel sink, a mini-fridge and freezer combo, a combination convection/microwave oven and a powerful Wolf brand 2-burner cooktop. The tiny house has a tiny and fully functioning bathroom. The shower is small, but tall enough for a 6'5" person to not have to crouch down! The toilet is a Laveo Dry Flush Electric Toilet that is hygienic and very easy to use. The room is also well ventilated with an exhaust fan. Built in storage beside the shower and above the toilet provide plenty of space to store the necessities. Getting up and down out of the loft is a breeze with the ladder stairs. These steps are sturdy and can be used as shelves for storage or art. The tiny house shares a 1-acre property with another house that is currently rented. ***No pets allowed*** The house is also located steps away from a beautiful, private lake and park. The lucky tenants of this home get to have the closest and easiest access to the park of anyone in the community!
