Nice place, but getting pricy
Upsides: Good pool to never swim in, friendly staff to never speak to, and.a small but well-maintained gym to visit the week after New Year's. Groceries, drug stores, and good restaurants within walking distance. Apartments are relatively large, and nothing's broken down in the kitchen over the last couple years.
Downsides: You have to pay for assigned covered parking or else leave your car under a waterfall of tree sap overnight. Rent's creeping up faster than I can punch the numbers into a... calculator.

Its a good place
Despite an annual rent increase, this place is well-maintained and close to the main highways and byways. The pool is a nice place and the management treats people with kindness and respect. Parking is sometimes a problem, but not huge. Its a good place to live - shopping, parks and recreation nearby.
