A cheap but crappy place to live.
No real amenities. They have extremely restricted pool hours (10-6 Monday-Saturday, when most people are at work and can’t use it) because they can’t do things as simple as put in cameras, or hire/stagger staff shifts to provide coverage past office hours. Pool is closed Sundays despite that being a day the office is open and when most tenants would want to use it being a weekend. Main pool is closed despite it appearing to be in working order, and outer construction of the clubhouse it’s next... to appearing to be done leaving no safety hazard. Clubhouse has been being rebuilt at the slowest I’ve ever seen a building be built and they offer no form of compensation for the lack of amenities claiming they are a perk not required provision despite everyone knowing amenities tend to be what draws you to specific apartments, and they still use pictures of the non existent amenities on the website as a reason you should live here.
Only reason I stay is it’s one of the cheapest places in the area, if you don’t mind a couple hundred more a month you can definitely do better though.

We started our pool season 7 days a week 10am to 10pm. Due to vandalism and the gate being left open we have had to scale back our hours to ensure we are able to monitor the pool and ensure the gate is never prompt open. During our recent increase in temperatures we have adjusted the hours to stay open later and team members have adjusted their schedules as well. We are looking into a camera system however we need internet at the pool as well and we are currently researching that. We have been actively looking to hire team members however currently most businesses including ours is short staffed and having a difficult time finding new team members.

We are currently still under construction which the main pool sits with in the construction zone.
Our main pool is closed due to the Arson fire set at the Cabana. The pump room did experience damage and is not operable. There currently is no power nor water in that structure. Also, the cabana has not been approved for occupancy and that does include the pool area.

We are currently rebuilding our club house/cabana after the Arson. Due to Covid we have had set backs on supplies such as windows, cabinets and fire safety system parts. The club house/cabana is an amenity and at no cost to our residents. We have relocated the parcel lockers so residents have access. We have a temporary office so our team is available for residents. We are doing our best to get the club room/cabana back up and running however the time line on the rebuild has been out of our control.
We look forward to hearing from you.
