Poor Parking & Security
While the building is only 6-7 years old and looks nice on first impression, there seems to be constant maintenance issues such as broken elevators, closed pool/spa, and leaking water pipes. Although the Reserve has more than 200 units, there are less than 50 parking spots directly in front of building and some of those close spots are reserved for employees of other businesses. The Reserve management says that the property has security but there are drugs & alcohol being used close to building... with non-residents sleeping on benches or in cars. The management office has limited hours, closed on weekends and holidays, despite the residents being disabled and elderly.

Property Manager at Reserve at Renton - Senior Affordable Living responded to this review
Hello, we appreciate the time you took to leave us feedback. Our goal is to deliver a great experience. Some of the maintenance things mentioned in your review are things that happen in a building this size. We have an amazing maintenance staff that... is trained and take very good care of this community. With the extreme temperatures in the summer, sometimes effect the elevator system and we addressed this immediately with our vendor. Due to shortages in staff since the pandemic, most vendors are taking more time to respond or receive parts to remedy a situation. As for parking, unfortunately, in an urban setting, parking will be limited, and we recognize this is an issue, however, there is not an option for more space in our area of Renton. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you further so we can improve. Sincerely, -The Reserve at Renton Team.
