Homeless drug addicts

Homeless drug infested surroundings. Management doesn't keep landscaping up. There are nicer safer places in oly to live.

Not the best

Things here seem to be all over the place all the time. It always smells like weed, very little parking available, the manager is never here, maintenance indoors and outdoors is poor, halls/stairwell hardly ever get cleaned, and the neighbors are rude and in very close proximity makes it feel like a hotel. The only stairs are on either side of the building so it's a pain unless you enter from the sides of the building. No smoking in the building (yet it seems most people do anyways) and no... balcony so if you smoke you have to leave the building and leave the property completely too. It can all feel like a hike if you live on the second or third floor. Also there is a homeless camp being built on the street. There have already been issues with homeless people because the camps nearby, dumpster diving, and loitering around cars at night but I imagine with the camp being moved onto our street a few houses down the area is going to decline fast. All in all I wouldn't say this place is somewhere I would choose to live again and definitely not worth the price it's listed for in rent costs.

Don’t live here

The building is actually dirty, smells, and people who live here are active and loud at all hours. Don’t be fooled.
