Worst experience

Please don’t live here. At the best of times there is a major garbage problem and maintenance requests take weeks to months to be addressed. At the worst of times your apartment floods in the middle of the night when the hot water heater upstairs bursts. The complex will tell you all the right things about making repairs and keeping you informed every step of the way, then they will proceed to ignore you for the next three months until you finally give up and move out. They will tell you that... it’s unnecessary for them to hire someone to look at the wiring because the light switch stopped shocking you two days after water was spurting from the walls and thermostat. Then they won’t even have the courtesy to return your security deposit and instead will charge an additional $200 for cleaning that they insist has nothing to do with scrubbing the mold off the windows and the drip marks off the wall. Just please don’t do it.

Not worth your money

It’s the Most expensive apartment I’ve lived in and by far the worst quality. I do not recommend it. On a side note, as of 9/7/20, the trash hasn’t been taken out in what feels like a month and trash is piling up in the parking lot around the dump sites. Very happy my lease is up this month.

Garbage Admin Staff and Too Expensive

I wouldn't ever recommend. The price is too high for the quality of the apartment itself. What you are paying for are the amenities like the indoor pool and gym and game room. The gym is honestly not bad for an apartment complex. That being said, while I was there they had the game room closed for months to remodel. The indoor pool and/or hot tub were frequently closed for several days at a time for maintenance, and on a couple occasions was so unbelievably cold for days that you could... watch groups of people go in, feel the water, and immediately leave. The maintenance staff where great, but the administrative staff does such a poor job that it left me with the two month problem below.

I have moved out on 01 Nov, and the day that I left I gave Mary my new address since it was different from what was on the move out paperwork.

After 10- 15 days to see if they had an itemized list... they did not. I also confirmed with Mary that she had put in my new address... she had not, but I sat there and watched her put it in that time.

On the 21st day I called them at approximately 10:30 and left a voicemail letting them know that I still had not recieved this list... no response.

After 34 days I still had not recieved anything. I was in town and stopped by to see what was going on. The leasing agent, whose name begins with an A, looked visibly worried. She gave me the list and shows me a Word document for the letter that they typed that was dated for 18 days after I moved out. She did not, however, show me anything proving that they actually even TRIED to get it to me. I went home and checked the mail again and I had nothing from them.

Several days later I stopped in again and Kimber was in with a client. I asked Mary about recieving a check for the damages if they didn't have some sort of evidence that they attempted to send this to me. She seemed confused about what I was saying to her. I left and went home to file a BBB complaint against them.

Several days later their regional manager, Shannon, responded saying that they are going to send me a check for $400 and that I am still responsible for the $430ish in cleaning fees and damages. I ALSO final got the letter in the mail. They sent it to the address on my move out paper instead of correct one that I gave them twice. The word document that said it was from 18 days after the move out was in there, but the envelope was postmarked for a handful of days after their 21 day window.

Home Sweet Home

My Husband and I's home for nearly 3 years, they have a wonderful hot tub, a sauna, a 5 ft deep pool for the family and friends that closes at 10 pm each night, There is also a workout room so I don't have to pay outrageous fees to a gym. What's even better is right next to the office is Little Wonders Child Development Center Westside which works great for the kids from infant to like 12 or 13 years old.

They keep the landscaping taken care of and the trash picked up so its never a huge a mess...
like some places I have lived at sadly. They even have a nice online portal for tenants where you can read emails from the apartments, submit maintenance request and pay your rent payments online. Each adult in your household on the lease has their own private account on the portal. They send you an invoice early to remind you about rent, and the water, trash, and Sewer Utilities and if you pay for cover parking or your pet rent is on the bill too. Honestly, I love this place they don't hide anything and lay it all out for you. Some might think it is pricey but honestly, it's not.

However, cats ARE NOT allowed outside without a leash and the dogs have to stay on a leash as well and you are REQUIRED to pick up their poop with a baggie and throw it away. The residents appreciate it and its in the lease agreement. Also, some big dog breeds like German Shepard's are not allowed to live in the apartments. Service animals and Emotional therapy animals are checked and paperwork is required.

These apartments do help the disabled. So if you are looking for a place to live this is a good place to start. We found this place by chance 3 years ago. It was a blessing.

Find somewhere else

Charged a reversal fee because we payed on time and had a receipt from there system but one routing number was off and they didn't let us know at all so then rent was late absolute trash dont ask people to pay online because you dont want to take the time to process real checks and then have an outdated system that can't process the transaction and then charge us. Also there land scaping crew hit my car while I was sitting in the car in the parking lot and they were no help because they contract... it out, guy left before police showed up and then they tried to make me pay for it even though I wasnt at fault. doors are all hung wrong and get stuck, toilet handle sticks when flushed, couldnt fix it, and the cabinet handle wasn't screwed in and fell off. Just a poorly run apartment complex.
