Horrible Apartment in need of repairs. Management sucks. Maintenance sucks. Rent raised twice in 6 months! Howling dog 24/7. Abandoned cars. Garbage and dog poop everywhere. No enforcement of said rules by staff. Excessive fees for services not needed. Constant breakdowns of laundry, and appliances. Being told to “fix it yourself “
It was a pathetic experience, way too much money for a broken down single apartment. I would not recommend th club house to my worst enemies.
