Do not rent here if you are smart. I was told that I could have up to two animals if I paid a pet deposit. today when I went to go pay my rent as I'm moving out because I bought a home I was told I do not get my pet deposit back I paid $500 and she's telling me that it is a fee not a deposit never in my life have I ever rent anywhere and not gotten my pet deposit back. I've also been told by other tenants that moved out that they will charge you and nickel-and-dime you for every little thing... and that you will not get your deposit back that you paid as well. When I moved in this place was not clean they told me that no one had ever live there but there was picture holes in the walls the paint doesn't match and it's clear that they never painted the place. The rent is extremely high for what it is when you can go next door and pay 500 less a month. They also monitor every little thing you do so you feel like you're in a prison you can't have plants on your front porch you can't do anything around here and they're putting letters on your cars or on your door for every little single thing.
